Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Portfolio Administrator to join our IT Delivery Support team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting our ERP migration project, ensuring its successful implementation and driving business value.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Project Support: Provide expert support to project teams, stakeholders, and senior management on portfolio financials, progress, quality, issues, and risks.
- Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough analysis and provide actionable insights to stakeholders on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure specified requirements and standards are met.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, generate status reports, and provide insights to stakeholders to keep them informed of the project's status and any issues that arise.
Requirements
- ERP Migration Knowledge: Essential experience in ERP migration projects, with a deep understanding of complex matrix organizations and stakeholder needs.
- Education: Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Work Experience: 5-10 years of working experience in project/portfolio management and/or SAFe in a large, international organization, working as a project management officer, or a similar position.
- Data Analysis: Experience in data analysis, providing advice, and preparing scenarios for senior leaders.
- Project Management Methodologies: Sound knowledge of, and working experience in project & portfolio management methodologies like PMBOK/Prince2 and MoP.
- Agile and Scrum: Sound knowledge of, and working experience in SAFe, Agile, and Scrum.
- Tools: Preferably, experience with Microsoft Project Online, Jira (Align), and Spotfire.

- Stakeholder Management: Proven stakeholder management capabilities, skills to support, advise, and challenge stakeholders to effect sustainable change by influencing without power.
- Communication: Communicate clearly, concisely, and directly to team leads, peers, and customers, listen actively, show empathy to others, strive to achieve a shared understanding of your own tasks, issues, and goals, and speak up.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills and a convincing personality.
