About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Product and Project Manager to join our team at Nouryon. As a key member of our global product management team, you will be responsible for defining the asset and product strategy for our Chelates product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for Chelates, aligning with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Maximize EBITDA for Chelates, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable supply, asset capacity, and inventory optimization.
  • Evaluate and ensure balance of key raw materials globally and regionally.
Requirements
  • Higher education degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or business-related studies.
  • Strong experience in product and project management in a strategic role.
  • Interpersonal skills and strong influencing skillset.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in a multi-cultural and global organization.

Nouryon provides a dynamic work environment, competitive salary, and benefits package, including a short-term incentive. This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to Elke Patteet, Global Product Director, and based in Amersfoort, the Netherlands. Frequent travel is required.
