PV & ESS Project Manager - Benelux

Your Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our PV & ESS projects in the Benelux region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects while aligning with our organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of organization skills, a data-driven approach, and substantial experience in project management. Strong communication skills, leadership, and internal cooperation with local divisions and Chinese head-quarter are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure project delivery on time, within scope, budget, and cost, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Accountable for customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Manage change orders in project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
  • Travel to customer sites in BeNeLux, supervising site-activity delivery.
  • Potential travel to Sungrow's headquarters in Hefei, China, with customer to inspect and verify products.
  • Collaborate with the production and logistics teams in Hefei to address any issues or discrepancies identified during the order inspection process.
  • Coordinate subcontracted companies.
  • Lead continuous improvements and the development of organizational processes.
Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Electrical or industrial engineering background.
  • Superior organizational skills in multi-task and multi-project environments.
  • Experience in large and complex project management.
  • Strong technical background with experience in PV Solar and ESS.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Dutch, with French as a plus.
  • Demonstrates assertiveness, teamwork, strong communication skills, and leadership.
  • Based in BeNeLux, willing to travel.
  • Proficient in PC software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project).
  • Knowledge in SCADA applications is a plus.
