Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Analyst to join our team in Amsterdam.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and assess potential target investment companies;
- Conduct thorough research on selected target companies, including financial (modelling), strategic, and competitor analysis;
- Prepare and draft presentations of company profiles, market and sector reports, information memorandums, and transaction documentation;
- Collaborate with senior team members in marketing and origination activities;
- Assist in preparing historical and projected financial statements;
- Analyze financial implications of mergers and acquisitions;
- Conduct valuation analysis;
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders;
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments.
- Effective team player and highly motivated self-starter with strong communication skills, tenacity, and market research skills;
- Excellent English language skills (written & spoken);
- Outstanding interpersonal, presentational, adaptability, and time management skills;
- Strong academics, with a completed university degree in fields such as Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a science study with financial affinity;
- Previous experience with exposure to transactions from within Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Consulting, or Private Equity;
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting;
- Highly proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
