We are currently expanding our Finance team and seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our accounting operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial processes and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.
About the RoleAs Head of Accounting Operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of accounting professionals, overseeing the accounting cycle, and ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining internal controls, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial guidance to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the accounting team in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Oversee the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Provide financial guidance to the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
We are seeking a highly experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting and leadership. You should have a proven track record of success in leading accounting teams and implementing financial processes. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional accounting certification (e.g. CPA, CMA)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
