We zijn op zoek naar een Proposal Engineer die onze klanten overtuigt van onze elektrotechnische expertise.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Proposal Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en beheren van proposaltrajecten. Je vindt het uitdagend om potentiële klanten van onze meerwaarde te overtuigen en onze expertise te demonstreren.

Je taken:
  • Je begeleidt zelfstandig het proces van aanvraag tot opdracht;
  • Je bent continu in gesprek met je interne stakeholders en ondersteunende afdelingen;
  • Je zorgt voor consequente, tijdige en accurate communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen;
  • Je stelt zelfstandig de proposals op en stuurt aan op een tijdige controle van begrotingen en technische specificaties;
  • Je onderhandelt met potentiele klanten/opdrachtgevers over de commerciële voorwaarden;
  • Je informeert en schakelt in het proposal traject met de projectmanagers en zorgt voor een duidelijke overdracht bij het binnenhalen van de nieuwe opdracht;
Wat breng je mee?
  • HBO werk en denkniveau met technisch/commerciële ervaring;
  • Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in een commerciële functie bij voorkeur in een technische branche;
  • Je bent bekend met aanbestedingen en contract- en risicomanagement;
  • Je bent klantgericht en hebt geen moeite met werken onder tijdsdruk;
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in woord en geschrift in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;

  • Een salaris tussen de €3080,- en €4400,-;
  • Goede secundaire voorwaarden zoals de mogelijkheid tot thuiswerken, een telefoon en laptop, 27 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV dagen;

We zijn Istimewa Elektro, een bedrijf met ruim 140 medewerkers en vestigingen in Rotterdam en Veghel. We ontwerpen, installeren, onderhouden en inspecteren elektrotechnische installaties besturingssystemen bij grote en middelgrote Infra & Water projecten. Onze opdrachtgevers bevinden zich door heel Nederland in de infrastructuur en in de watermarkt.
