Join Our Team as a Welding Engineer

We are looking for a Welding Engineer (m/f) to join our team at Bronswerk Heat Transfer.

Job Description

In this challenging role, you will ensure that the welding technical design is done in such a way that a high quality and quantity can be achieved during welding. This must meet regulatory requirements, customer specifications, budget, and technical possibilities.

Your Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement welding technical designs that meet regulatory requirements, customer specifications, budget, and technical possibilities.
2. Establish and maintain welding qualification systems.
3. Review and approve welding documentation for outsourced work.
4. Develop and maintain technical material specifications for welding consumables.
5. Coordinate with sales and project teams, production location, inspection authorities, technical specialists, and customers.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction by correctly processing customer requirements and delivering high-quality products.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
2. IWE/LPI diploma.
3. Experience and/or ambitions in the field of apparatus construction and/or process industry.
4. Good command of the English language; knowledge of German and/or French is an asset.
