We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Design Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the CAD/PDM market.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will work closely with our customer service and technical colleagues to deliver added value to our customers. You will also be responsible for working with our Visiativ colleagues to ensure seamless integration and support for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and develop existing customer relationships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the CAD/PDM market
- Work closely with customer service and technical colleagues to deliver added value to customers
- Collaborate with Visiativ colleagues to ensure seamless integration and support for customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in the technical field, with experience in CAD/PDM solutions. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a structured and results-driven environment.
Additionally, you will need to have a good understanding of the English language, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. A second foreign language is an advantage.
