About the Production Worker Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and flexible Production Worker to join our team at Job Invest in the Den Bosch region.
As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the logistical processing, testing, and updating of shipped electronic products. Your tasks will include unpacking products, accurately processing them in our computer system, and ensuring they meet the required quality standards.
Main Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Unpacking and processing products in a timely manner;
- Cleaning and receiving products, and registering accessories;
- Diagnosing, updating, and final testing of products according to work instructions and agreements;
- Packing prepared products;
- Reporting damaged shipments or deviations in the process;
- Distributing received and outgoing products;
- Carrying out orders given by your immediate supervisor;
- Achieving set goals based on lead time, quality, and productivity;
- Adhering to the 5S and ESD principles;
- Communicating relevant information to your immediate supervisor.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To work with a flexible schedule;
- To have completed a high school education;
- To be able to understand and follow instructions;
- To work effectively in a team environment;
- To be self-motivated and honest;
- To have computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
