The Role

You'll be stepping into a brand-new position created to meet the growing needs of our team, guests, and expanding property. As Director of Experience Creation, you'll lead by example, fostering an inclusive environment where employees and guests feel genuinely valued. Your passion for hospitality goes beyond service – it's about creating a sense of belonging, making everyone feel truly at home.

Your enthusiasm for sustainability will shine through as you effortlessly weave eco-conscious practices into our operations, aligning with our ESG initiatives. You'll set a new standard, transforming The Usual in a way that resonates far beyond our walls.

Your Superpowers and Requirements

  • You're a super host with a huge passion for creating world-class experiences.
  • Leadership focused on empowerment and inclusivity drives your approach.
  • You're comfortable with strategic and day-to-day details.
  • A hands-on, lead-by-example attitude characterizes your leadership style.
  • Fluency in English/Dutch is essential, additional languages are a plus.
  • You're confident and calm in dealing with challenging situations and crisis management.
  • Experience in presenting and delivering brand vision is valuable.
  • IT skills for relevant property management software systems & POS software are necessary.
  • You're flexible and available full-time from Q1 2025.
  • A heart for sustainability is essential.
  • You're legally allowed to work in The Netherlands.
