The Gluon Researcher position at Industrial Design Engineering is an exciting opportunity to join a pioneering team at Resilient Delta Initiative (RDi). As a key member of the Convergence team, you will contribute to addressing complex societal challenges by effectively combining different forms of knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement knowledge integration processes in inter- and transdisciplinary consortia.
- Collaborate with gluon-PhDs to study and evaluate integration processes.
- Provide integration advice and support to transdisciplinary consortia.
- Facilitate collaborative efforts between faculties and non-academic partners.
- MSc in STS, sociology, anthropology, public administration, or a design- and integration-based discipline.
- Experience with inter- and transdisciplinarity and design methodology in complex societal challenges.
- Excellent oral and writing skills in Dutch and English.
