At ASML, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our Finance Operations team. As a Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, while also driving process improvements and supporting the transition to our future ERP system.
Responsibilities- Ensure appropriate accounting (US GAAP, IFRS & local statutory)
- Support the accounting and reporting related to complex contracts
- Drive improvement initiatives related to Record to Report processes and reports
- Drive compliance and perform internal (SOx) control activities
- Be the key user for certain processes and systems
- 4+ years relevant experience in finance, preferably in a financial control or auditing environment
- A Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics or Accounting
- Experience in working in an international, multinational environment
- Knowledge and experience with US GAAP and IFRS
- Experience with executing SOx controls
- Expert user in Microsoft Excel and experience in SAP
- Experience in process mapping and process redesign
- Result-oriented, team player, with excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, proactive and communicative personality
- Multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural understanding
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proactive / hands-on attitude
