Our Compliance Department plays a critical role in ensuring that our operations are in line with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. As Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for leading our Compliance team and ensuring that our company's compliance management system is effective and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance management system that ensures our company's operations are in line with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to our employees on compliance-related matters.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with our Risk Management team to identify and mitigate potential risks to our business.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Provide regular reporting to our Management Board on compliance-related matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of global rules and regulations, including those related to anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and competition law.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and analytical mind.
