About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Audit Manager to join our team at Aalberts. As a key member of our internal audit function, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of our integrated audit approach, risk management activities, and information security strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a multidisciplinary and integrated audit approach that aligns with our business objectives
- Provide advisory services to business teams on process improvement, risk management, and internal control
- Coordinate IT security and cyber projects, audits, and application implementations
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including the director of internal audit, management board, business teams, audit committee, and Aalberts leadership network members
Requirements
- Master's degree in accountancy, finance, or economics, with a postgraduate degree preferred
- At least 6 years of experience in external or internal audit, internal control, or risk advisory
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate with others
- Strong business acumen and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
