Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Specialist to enhance our online operations team at H&M. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless logistics processes, characterized by effective communication, strategic planning, and diligent follow-up. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure operational excellence in areas such as inbound, outbound, and returns management.
  • Collaborate with the Online Operations Manager and service providers to enhance our logistics operations.
  • Analyze inventory levels to maintain high product availability for our customers.
  • Develop forecasts utilizing data from various stakeholders.
  • Manage incidents, process change requests, and conduct acceptance testing related to operational procedures and system enhancements.
  • Communicate updates and changes in functionality or procedures to all end-users.
  • Ensure compliance with garment care and packaging standards.
  • Monitor and procure necessary packaging materials for operations.
  • Work closely with the Online Superuser team, providing support as needed.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in logistics, administration, or IT.
  • Background in system management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a proactive approach to work.
  • Proficiency in IT systems; comfort in navigating multiple platforms.
  • Familiarity with Power-BI and SQL, or a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in managing large datasets in Excel.
