Job Title: Assembly Technician

About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Assembly Technician to join our team at Spierings Mobile Cranes in Oss. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling modern mobile tower cranes from drawings and work instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on mobile tower cranes
  • Identify and report delays in the assembly process
  • Perform inspections and resolve malfunctions

Requirements:

  • Technical work experience or completed technical education at MBO 3 level
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Good command of Dutch and/or English language

What We Offer:

  • Flexible start times (06.30-07.30-09.00)
  • 36 to 40-hour work week with 1 afternoon off per week
  • 27 vacation days, 13 Adv days, non-contributory pension plan, and travel allowance
  • Development and production under 1 roof
