About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic student to join our Global Data Centres development team as a Backend Developer Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in server-side development and contribute to great projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining server-side logic.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Help optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Participate in implementing security and data protection measures.
  • Participate in code reviews and testing processes.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of coding languages such as Java.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High ambition and energy level.
  • Organisational and project management skills.
  • Fluency in business English.
