Business Process Optimization Specialist

ASML is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst intern to join our Digital Communications team. As a Business Process Analyst intern, you will play a key role in driving process improvements and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the identification, documentation, and assessment of internal operational processes in Digital Communications.
- Collaborate with process owners and subject matter experts to register identified gaps, pain points, and risks.
- Collect, document, and assess business requirements in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in project life cycle activities such as planning, scoping, solution design, implementation, and outcome assessment.
- Bachelor or master student in Business Administration, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio for process modeling.
- Curious and motivated self-starter with a hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset.
- Solid analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and enjoy working with data.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
