Key Responsibilities
  • Content Development and Management
    • Create and curate high-quality content for our website and social media channels.
    • Develop and implement content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content publication.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
    • Monitor and analyze website analytics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
    • Develop and manage PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic to our website.
    • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Website Maintenance and Updates
    • Ensure website is up-to-date and running smoothly.
    • Perform regular website backups and security checks.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in digital marketing and website management.
  • Skills
    • Advanced knowledge of website standards and best practices.
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
    • Experience with WordPress, WPEngine, and Bricks platforms.
    • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
    • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
    • Mastery of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, CrazyEgg, etc.).
    • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and cookie collection tools.
    • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, WordPress or comparable platform, and Salesforce/CRM software.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills and organizational abilities.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
    • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, experience in dealing with multiple and diverse internal stakeholders, and interacting with business and technology partners.
    • High attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities under pressure.
