Customer Service Officer

We zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en communicatief vaardige professional om ons team te versterken als Customer Service Officer bij Randstad Customer Contact. In deze rol ben je de spil tussen klanten en onze organisatie, waarbij je klachten en vragen met betrekking tot facturen behandelt in samenwerking met je team.

Jij bent een gemotiveerde professional met enige ervaring in klantcontact, klachtafhandeling of customer support. Je beschikt over een MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau en hebt een scherp analytisch vermogen. Wanneer je met een probleem wordt geconfronteerd, zet je je volledig in om dit tot in detail op te lossen. Je hebt een sterke drijfveer om zowel de interne processen als de klantervaring continu te verbeteren. Ervaring met SAP of Salesforce is een pré. Daarnaast beheers je zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal goed, zowel in woord als geschrift.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Beheren van een klantenportfolio met een focus op service
  • Werken nauw samen met diverse afdelingen binnen het bedrijf
  • Administratieve ondersteuning aan de verkoop buitendienst
  • Aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne als externe partijen
  • Opbouwen van sterke relaties met zowel je collega's als jouw klanten

Air Liquide is de toonaangevende leverancier van gassen, met een focus op hoogwaardige en innovatieve gassen en diensten. Air Liquide bediend een zeer diverse klantenkring, variërend van lasbedrijven, groente telers, laboratoria tot grote industriële bedrijven, die deze gassen gebruiken voor hun specifieke productie.

Wat wij van jou verwachten
  • Jij bent zeer communicatief vaardig en leergierig
  • Jij hebt minimaal een MBO/HBO-werk- en denkniveau
  • Jij hebt Kennis van SAP en/of Salesforce is een pré
  • Jij bent communicatief vaardig in zowel het Nederlands- en Engelstalig
