About the Role

The Private Label Development Specialist will be responsible for developing Picnic products that delight customers. This role involves managing the entire process of private label product development from A to Z, including analyzing range strategies, evaluating packaging designs, driving tender processes, and collaborating with suppliers and designers.

  • Analyze and optimize range strategies
  • Conduct margin and pricing analyses
  • Evaluate and refine packaging designs
  • Lead international tender processes
  • Manage stakeholders, including suppliers, designers, and supply chain partners
  • Research and implement sustainable packaging options
  • Create affordable and appealing products designed for home use
About You

We seek candidates with an MSc degree and 1-3 years of work experience in a commercial, analytical, or product development role in the retail industry. Key qualifications include:

  • Strong project management, conceptual, and stakeholder management skills
  • Affinity with food, design, and tasting
  • Versatility, multitasking ability, and a can-do attitude
  • Persistence, enthusiasm, and an analytical mindset with creative flair
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
