Field Support Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Support Representative to join our team in the Netherlands. As a Field Support Representative, you will work closely with Field Sales Professionals and Customer Support to develop strategies to maintain and grow customer accounts through education and other customer-centric activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, onboard, and train staff in clinics on the best use of IDEXX products and services.
  • Identify additional customer needs and present solutions to help.
  • Assist with critical customer need visits, providing onsite technical support when things are not going according to plan.
  • Visit customers in the field every day, occasionally adjusting your schedule as needed to attend customer events and industry events/tradeshows.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years veterinary clinic experience with a training and/or practice management background strongly preferred.
  • Native Dutch Speaker, Fluent in English and in French is a plus.
  • Ability to build relationships with all personalities, effectively communicate and collaborate with customers, management, and peers.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work in a dynamic environment and make quality, timely decisions.
  • Effective listening skills to discover customer needs and adapt your approach and demeanor to different situations.
