Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facility/Housekeeping Intern to join our team at Radisson Hotel & Suites Amsterdam South. As a Facility/Housekeeping Intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality are maintained throughout the hotel.
Responsibilities- Plan and control housekeeping activities to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist with rush hour operations as needed to maintain a high level of service.
- Inventory and replenish hotel rooms and supplies to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Identify and report defects in rooms to the technical department.
- Prepare daily cleaning lists and conduct room checks to ensure quality standards are met.
- Optimize and strive for a higher standard of hygiene in both rooms and public areas.
- Act as a point of contact for guests and colleagues regarding cleaning and facility services.
- English speaking, Dutch is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
- Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently.
- Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
- Flexibility in terms of working hours and days.
- Reliability and a commitment to teamwork.
- Monthly internship fee of € 500,- gross for a full-time internship, prorated for part-time.
