About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our finance department, responsible for processing purchase invoices, managing accounts payable, and accounts receivable. As a key member of our team, you'll support various departments with financial tasks and report directly to the Finance Manager. Our finance department is a young and collaborative environment where open communication and directness thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase invoices and manage accounts payable for a group of suppliers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for financial inquiries, both internally and externally.
- Maintain accounts receivable and respond to customer service inquiries.
- Process and monitor gift card administration.
- Manage interim accounts.
- Contribute to process improvements in administration.
Requirements
- MBO-level work and thinking with a completed qualification in finance, preferably accompanied by an additional accounting diploma.
- Availability for two or three days a week.
- Proficiency in general computer software, including the Windows Office package.
- Key competencies: accuracy, progress monitoring, initiative, organizational sensitivity, and persuasiveness.
