TenneT is seeking a highly skilled Policy Advisor to join our team in Arnhem. As a key member of our System Operations department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our power system.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement policies for offshore integration, ensuring seamless coordination with national and international stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance system operations and suggest innovative solutions.
- Review and update requirements for High Voltage Direct Current systems (HVDC systems) to ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
- Oversee research initiatives to integrate the offshore system into our existing network, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Academic background in electrical or power system engineering.
- Multiple years of experience in transmission system operations and system development.
- Strong knowledge of system operation processes, control and protection schemes, and verbal and written skills in English.
TenneT is a leading energy company committed to a sustainable and green future. We offer a dynamic work environment, a healthy work-life balance, and a competitive salary range of €3,879 - €7,660 (Scale 8). As of January 1, 2025, you will receive a 7% increase in accordance with the collective labor agreement (CAO).
