About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. as an NPI Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing lean assembly processes, defining manufacturing structures, and implementing improvement proposals to enhance product manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Optimization: Design lean assembly processes, defining assemblies, workstation layout, and logistic flows in collaboration with supply chain engineering.
  • Manufacturing Structure: Define the manufacturing structure of new products and initiate improvements in the assembly process to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Process Optimization: Lead process optimizations, cost savings, and risk reductions, driving further professionalization of our production processes.
  • Improvement Proposals: Implement improvement proposals to enhance product manufacturability.
Requirements
  • Education: Technical HBO/WO education in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Extensive knowledge of assembly and manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and Lean manufacturing principles. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and 3D models.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proactive and decisive approach.
  • Experience: Experience in Factory or Production Engineering and production line layout is advantageous. Previous exposure to High-tech or Automotive environments is beneficial.
