**Your Future Role**

As a member of our international team, you will be the primary point of contact for our French clientele. Your role will involve:

• Developing sales opportunities and growing our customer base
• Providing expert advice on spare parts estimation for our customers' automated equipment solutions
• Collecting and analyzing customer requests to ensure excellent after-sales service
• Generating quotes using our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
• Ensuring follow-up to provide the best service experience
• Finalizing sales and entering orders into our computer system
• Proactively suggesting additional ideas to enhance the customer experience
• Promoting our e-commerce portal to increase sales and customer engagement

**Required Skills**

• Fluent in French and ideally have experience with French business culture
• Ability to speak and write English fluently
• Sales-oriented individual with a strong focus on customer service
• Comfortable using software such as ERP and CRM systems
• Knowledge of JD Edwards and Salesforce – a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills
