Your Role
As a Creative Project Management Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Creative Project Manager and Marketing & Communications team with internal and external events, PR, and Creative Studio. This hands-on introduction to creative project management will help you develop skills in creative production and planning, event organisation, and public relations.
You will be responsible for planning and organizing multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met. You will also participate in creative brainstorming sessions, assist with video content production in our creative studio, and help find new platforms to showcase our company.
Key Skills
- Organisation: The key to project management is being organised and working well with deadlines.
- Proactivity: Taking initiative to keep projects moving forward is essential in this role.
- Creativity: As a creative problem solver, you will bring a fresh perspective to our brainstorming sessions and contribute to our creative studio productions.
- Communication: Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders is critical to your success in this internship.
Fundamentals
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a related study (Marketing, Communications, PR, Business).
- Available for 5-6 months for 32-40 hours per week.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Bonus: Familiarity with basic design tools like Canva.
