Position Overview

Core Responsibilities:

  • Forecast Evaluation: Transform sales projections into supply chain throughput metrics, delivering detailed breakdowns by region, encompassing inbound logistics, outbound pallet flow, rework, value-added services, and storage requirements.
  • Orderbook Management: Establish and oversee orderbook assessments for the European and UK markets, supplying precise data for daily operational meetings and month-end forecasts.
  • KPI Development: Create and sustain a standardized global supply chain KPI framework, ensuring user-friendliness and alignment with contractual obligations.
  • Utilization Analysis: Generate and maintain comprehensive global utilization reports, monitoring container usage and warehouse capacity against forecasts.
  • Cost Assessment: Identify global requirements and produce reports in collaboration with supply chain leaders, visualizing and presenting analytical insights for senior management.
  • Performance Enhancement: Conduct thorough analyses of global operational metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Project Management: Lead and facilitate cross-functional projects, offering insights to boost performance.
  • Client Profiling and Network Evaluation: Execute customer profiling and analyze network capacity and throughput.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a global supply chain setting and over 5 years in data analysis.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong comprehension of data sources
  • Excellent numerical aptitude
  • Adaptability to changing environments
  • Proficient in Power BI
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
  • Understanding of Profit and Loss analysis / Total Cost of Ownership
  • Exposure to AI technologies (preferred)
