We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Research Associate to join our team at Allucent, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clinical trials. As a Sr. Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for independently monitoring investigational sites, detecting issues proactively, and providing solutions to ensure clinical studies are conducted in compliance with SOPs, applicable regulations, and Good Clinical Practice.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of clinical monitoring experience, a relevant life science degree or medical background, and an excellent understanding of Good Clinical Practices and Standard Operating Procedures. You will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Governing high-quality standards for trial monitoring activities
  • Conducting all study tasks in compliance with quality, while preserving efficiency and aligning with the scope of services and budgeted hours
  • Monitoring activities at clinical study sites to ensure adherence to protocol, Monitoring Plan, ICH, GCP, SOPs, and applicable regulations and guidelines
  • Preparing and submitting quality Site Visits Reports and Contact reports
  • Maintaining and updating CTMS in compliance with SOPs and study-specific directives
  • Acting as Document Owner for collected documents
  • Conducting co-monitoring as needed
