Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Business Partner to join our team at APM Terminals. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by providing strategic financial guidance and support to our leadership team.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Business Implementation and other business leaders, providing financial decision support and challenging business feasibility to drive future performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including terminal CFOs and project teams, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Manage and streamline financial information and analysis to support ongoing projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Drive performance and continuous improvement by ensuring that project budgets and approved governance structure for program budgets and expenditures are adhered to in accordance with the long-term business plan.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, standard procedures, and guidelines within the area of responsibility, including financial management and reporting.
Requirements
  • BS degree in finance, accounting, or business economics.
  • 7+ years of experience in large-scale and/or integrated projects, with a focus on finance business partnering, controlling, or consultancy roles.
  • Strategic mindset, able to contribute to strategy definition and translate high-level strategy into practical implementation.
  • Entrepreneurial drive to explore and materialize business opportunities.
  • Stakeholder management skills, able to engage all levels of the business.
  • Change management skills, understanding the principles and actions underpinning successful implementation of change.
  • Analytical skills, able to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and make decisions.
  • Management skills, able to manage a team over different locations, keeping them aligned and engaged.
