Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Application Management Specialist to join our team at Working Spirit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and efficiency of our IT environment. Your primary focus will be on proactive monitoring and automation to improve stability, executing changes as required, and troubleshooting incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and supervise the technical environment to identify potential issues.
  • Provide technical support to customers and relay information to application vendors for ongoing maintenance and updates.
  • Translate functional needs into technical solutions and build and deploy those solutions.
  • Peer review colleague's work and analyze and design changes from issues and version upgrades.
  • Assist in remaining efforts and report to the project manager.

Requirements:
  • Experience with applications, pipelines, APIs, monitoring, (SQL) databases, certificates.
  • Knowledge of Azure.
  • Ability to explain complex technical subjects to different stakeholders.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • HBO level, preferable IT education.
  • Minimal 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with migrating complex environments and legacy upgrades in always on services.
  • Experience with Agile/DevOps WoW is a plus.
  • High level knowledge of other IT areas (e.g., Datacentres, Windows, Scripting).
  • Good documenting and reporting capabilities.
