As a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Legal Expert, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and success of The Social Hub (TSH) across Europe. Located in several countries including The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, and the UK, with new openings on the horizon, this is an exceptional opportunity to work with a dynamic, multi-national company.

The Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Real Estate Legal Expert to join our legal team. As part of this role, you will provide expert legal support to the Senior Legal Counsel Real Estate and the Real Estate team, focusing on complex development agreements, operational agreements, and technical asset management questions. Your expertise will be essential in reviewing and negotiating development, lease, and other commercial agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the drafting, negotiation, and review of development agreements and operational agreements.
  • Manage litigation across Europe in collaboration with external counsel.
  • Collaborate with the Investment Team on transaction documentation, such as Letters of Intent and SPAs.
  • Assist the Senior Legal Counsel Operations and Operations team with various operational agreements.
  • Support finance and corporate matters within TSH.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master's degree in law and at least 4 years of relevant real estate legal experience. Strong skills in drafting and reviewing development, lease, and commercial agreements are essential. Additionally, you should be stress-resistant, proactive, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Dutch, German, Spanish, French, or Italian is a plus. A deep understanding of cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity is also necessary.
