About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Compliance, Manufacturing Compliance & Support to join our team in the Netherlands. This role will be responsible for managing manufacturing compliance and support operations activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize potential risks, implementing strategies to mitigate their impact on compliance and safety.
  • Drive quality record turnaround time improvements.
  • Ensure timely completion of manufacturing deviations, CAPAs, and CCs.
  • Promote collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and report on manufacturing compliance KPIs.
  • Ceaselessly manage corrective actions and C&S technical training to embed changes into routing operations.
  • Manage level loading deviations among all C&S specialists.
  • Lead and represent manufacturing for internal/external inspections.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Accountable for manufacturing inspection readiness and Aseptic Process Simulation life cycle management.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, including direct reports management.
  • 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience managing deviations and CAPA.
  • Extensive knowledge of EOHSS, cGMPs, and ATMPs regulations and principles.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in departmental organizational development.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environments.
  • Lean manufacturing principles expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer an attractive salary package, estimated at €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
