We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead the development of our B2B-CIAM product, providing a seamless digital experience within the Philips landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the roadmap for B2B & CIAM product, ensuring alignment with business and IT stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for standardization and manage risk, driving initiatives to improve security and user experience.
- Collaborate with architects, SMEs, and Service Delivery Manager to design and implement self-service & delegated identity administration, Federation/SSO to enterprise and product applications.
- Develop and update policies, standards, and baselines, supporting BPE with design of processes and procedures.
- Improve security services by working with architects, SMEs, and Service Delivery Manager to better meet stakeholder needs.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, define user stories and acceptance criteria, create and implement product backlog.
- 5 years of experience and knowledge within the domain of B2B & Customer IAM, with a strong understanding of best practices, technologies, and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree highly desired.
- Previous experience working within a large multinational company deploying B2B & Customer IAM capabilities.
- Full professional proficiency in English (minimum C1).
- Excellent team player with strong communication, persuasion, presentation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Affinity for an engineering culture that emphasizes Agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery.
- Ability to drive change and manage the work of 3rd parties contracted to deliver information security capabilities.
