Assembly Technician

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Worker to join our team at Brink Towing Systems in Staphorst. As an Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for assembling towbars according to instructions and ensuring they meet the required standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble towbars using a pick-by-light system or on an assembly line
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure towbars meet standards
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production goals
This position is for a 2-shift system, with working hours from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 12:00 am. The work may occasionally involve heavy lifting, but lifting aids are available when needed.
Benefits:- Hourly gross wage of €14.92 (excluding allowances)
- Shift allowance of 15% on top of hourly wage
- Additional day off allowance (ADV) of 5.12% on top of hourly wage
- Maximum travel allowance of €12 per day
- Collective labor agreement (cao) allowance of €0.35 gross per hour
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- Available at short notice (or as agreed upon)
- Physically fit
