Our engineers and consultants are at the forefront of realizing industrial investment projects. Our leading clients are active in various industries such as oil and gas, food industry, chemistry, and pharmacy. They entrust their investment projects to a team that is at the forefront of understanding their business and can build on technical expertise and years of experience. For these clients, we provide consultancy, engineering, project management, procurement, and construction management services, in short, everything that the client needs to make their project a success.
Bilfinger Traineeship in the Netherlands
- Have you completed your master's degree and are you a recent graduate from a technical university and proficient in the Dutch language?
- Are you looking for a fantastic traineeship within an engineering organization?

Our Offer
- We offer a 2-year contract with a starting salary of €3,500 per month. With good performance, there is a half-yearly increase.
- During these 2 years, you will work on at least 4 different projects within the industries in which we are active: Oil & Gas, Petrochemistry & Chemistry, Pharmacy & Biofarma, Food & Agri, Pipelines & Infrastructure, and Energy.
- Every 6 months, you will switch projects to become familiar with the different departments within our company and to find out what suits you best.
- We take your personal development very seriously and invest 5% of your salary in a tailored traineeship and training program, ensuring that you are constantly provided with a wide range of training and education.
- You will receive intensive coaching from your manager through our Personal Empowerment Plan (PEP). In this way, you will get the most out of your traineeship.
The Recruitment Process
