Job Description

As a Store Associate at Lidl, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our stores. This includes:

• Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving any issues promptly.
• Stock Management: Maintaining accurate inventory levels, receiving stock, and rotating merchandise to ensure freshness and quality.
• Store Maintenance: Ensuring the store is clean, tidy, and visually appealing, including tasks such as restocking shelves, sweeping floors, and cleaning equipment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum age of 16 years old.
• A prevocational secondary education program completion.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
