Plant Controller

At Envalior, we are seeking a talented Financial Policy Specialist to join our dynamic financial team.

• Monitor, audit, and report on compliance and progress in a constantly evolving environment.
• Act as a proactive business partner with strong analytical skills to understand financial performance numbers and metrics.
• Lead change in a dynamic and rapidly changing business environment while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Present financial performance and drive value in Senior Stakeholder Meetings.
• Optimize and harmonize financial processes and reporting, and implement best practices.
• Operate as an integrated part of global and site teams.
• Work on budgeting and forecasting processes for plant CAPEX and FOOP.
• Act as gatekeeper of product costing, raw material, cycle design, and output consumption analysis.
• Review business cases and provide support to Continuous Improvement and Business Operations Strategy analyses.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in accounting or finance.
• Finance professional with broad knowledge of finance and control processes in various businesses and operations.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder networks.
• Experience in project management, including digitalization of financial processes.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and IFRS.
• Experience with SAP and PowerBI.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
