IT Support Specialist
Voor een snel groeiende organisatie zijn we op zoek naar een Junior Systeembeheerder/IT Supportmedewerker. Eventueel mag het ook een IT Supportmedewerker zijn die de ambitie heeft om door te groeien richting junior systeembeheer. Hier zijn mogelijkheden voor bij deze opdracht.
Werkzaamheden
In de rol als junior systeembeheerder/IT Supportmedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de continue en betrouwbare werking van de gehele infrastructuur. Samen met het team zorg je ervoor dat storingen worden voorkomen en de beschikbaarheid van de diverse IT systemen gewaarborgd blijft. Je onderhoudt, installeert en ondersteunt bij het gebruik van hard- en software en bent daarnaast het eerste aanspreekpunt voor eindgebruikers. Verder:
- Los je proactief storingen op;
- Signaleer je structurele verbeteringsmogelijkheden en je onderneemt hier actie op;
- Onderhouden en controleren van back-ups;
- Eindgebruikers ondersteunen en helpen bij problemen;
- Zorg je voor een optimale werking van de IT infrastructuur.
Wat vragen wij
- MBO/MBO+ werk- en denkniveau;
- Afgeronde opleiding in de richting van IT;
- Aantoonbaar 1-3 jaar ervaring als IT Supportmedewerker;
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift.

- Locatie: 's-Gravezande;
- Inzet: 40 uur per week;
- Duur: 6 maanden, met optie tot verlenging;
- Startdatum: zo snel mogelijk.
