We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team at Eindhoven University of Technology. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our academic managers in their HR-related tasks, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure the smooth operation of our HR processes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR support to academic managers, including recruitment, talent development, and employee relations.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR-related activities.
- Conduct HR-related research and analysis to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software applications.
