Job Summary

As a skilled assembly technician at Trinamics Beheer B.V., you will be responsible for carrying out various assembly tasks, conducting quality checks, and managing administrative responsibilities. Your primary duties will involve verifying the accuracy of schedules, orders, associated documentation, and components. If necessary, you should report and record any deviations or issues in product quality to your supervisor or their substitute. Selecting the required components from the department's inventory for assembly work is also part of your role. Furthermore, you should identify any actual or potential shortages of components that are typically kept in stock in the department. Your tasks will be performed in accordance with established guidelines. You are also responsible for enforcing and ensuring compliance with both legal requirements and company policies and procedures related to safety, health, well-being, and environmental concerns to prevent unnecessary injuries or damage. In addition to your main responsibilities, you will play a part in maintaining a tidy and organized work environment in the department, and you should handle the provided machinery and tools with care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out assembly tasks and conduct quality checks
  • Verify the accuracy of schedules, orders, and associated documentation
  • Report and record any deviations or issues in product quality
  • Select required components from the department's inventory
  • Identify actual or potential shortages of components
  • Enforce compliance with legal requirements and company policies

Requirements

  • Possession of an MBO degree in a technical field, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related area
  • Familiarity with particular enterprise systems like SAP
  • A few years of practical experience in a technical production setting
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Demonstrates self-assuredness and resilience
