We are seeking an experienced HRBP with a strong background in manpower planning and talent development to join our team at ManpowerGroup. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the future of our international sales department by assessing and planning manpower needs to drive effective staffing strategies.
Key responsibilities will include managing the recruitment process efficiently, maintaining accurate recruitment reports, and continuously building and updating the corporate talent pool. Your ability to oversee staff onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with local policies, will also be essential.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to possess strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit. Your proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken, written, and reading) will enable you to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients alike.
To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (TA).
