Marine Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated Jr Vessel Manager to join our team in the Netherlands.

• Assist in planning and executing routine and major repairs, including dry-docking.
• Monitor vessel performance and planned maintenance systems (PMS).
• Conduct vessel inspections up to three times per year, identifying and following up on issues.
• Prepare and oversee survey cycles, ensuring compliance with statutory survey requirements and PSC preparations.
• Manage the purchase and delivery of spare parts and stores for assigned vessels.
• Support budget preparation and monitoring actual spending against the budget.
• Review invoices and agent disbursement accounts to ensure accuracy and facilitate vendor payments.
• Assist with incident investigation and root cause analysis for technical incidents as needed.

• Holding a 2nd or Chief Engineer Certificate of Competency.
• Degree or diploma in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with fluency in English.
• Experience with budget monitoring, compliance, and maritime standards.
