Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Integration Specialist to join our team at Mobeco Group B.V. as a Lead Engineer E&A. The successful candidate will be responsible for the integration of complex electrical systems, working closely with engineering partners and clients to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop functional descriptions and technical specifications for electrical systems and equipment;
  • Design and implement one-line diagrams, load balances, panel, and cable tray arrangements;
  • Coordinate interfaces and system integrations with other disciplines and co-makers;
  • Manage technical and organizational scope of multiple projects, including engineering teams;
  • Lead and manage engineering teams per project, overseeing E&A Engineers;
  • Support national authorities, classes, and clients during the approval process;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering;
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience;
  • Excellent communication skills in English, preferably also in Dutch;
  • Experience in functional development of Electrification and/or Control and Monitoring systems;
  • Result-oriented, initiative, and management skills;
