Job Description

The Regional Workplace Manager will be responsible for delivering best-in-class service for employees, customers, and investors. This includes leading support team for internal events, training sessions, and company happy hours, managing front-of-house activities, including security and food & beverage programs, creating a workplace that embodies and enhances company culture, collaborating with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance) and external vendors to provide top-tier solutions, ensuring day-to-day facilities requests are handled efficiently and in line with standards, developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders (team leaders, EAs) and external service providers, contributing to special projects as part of the global Real Estate & Workplace team, overseeing regular office maintenance programs (janitorial, safety equipment, etc.), optimizing operational processes related to budget, security, and safety programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience through proactive problem-solving and timely issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services and optimize overall efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Sustain a high-performing work environment by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Support business growth initiatives by providing expert advice on facilities management and real estate operations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • 5+ years of facilities management experience, with a focus on operations and service delivery.
  • Proven ability to build schedules and coverage models while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills, including drafting clear office communications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Customer-focused mindset, ensuring high-quality resolutions.
  • Financial and budget management experience, including sourcing and procurement.
  • Experience managing projects in a distributed, remote environment.
