About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive intern to join our Continuous Improvement & Projects department at Trespa International B.V.

Trespa is a leading innovator in the field of architectural panel materials, recognized for its high-quality panels for facade cladding, decorative facades, and scientific surface solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a site energy management plan to monitor and analyze energy consumption, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
  • Investigate the potential for heat pump implementation in the factory, involving data gathering, analysis, and integration studies.
  • Establish standards and best practices for sustainable site development, focusing on HVAC, drying, moisturizing, heat treatment, lighting, and insulation.
  • Inventory assets not meeting best practices, comparing lifetimes and developing replacement plans, and proposing methods to overcome obstacles.

About You

  • You are currently pursuing an HBO/WO education.
  • You are eager to learn, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • You work accurately.
  • You are fluent in English.
