Inventory Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Controller to oversee the management of our store's inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the selling floor and merchandise are always neat, organized, and stocked.
- Receive, process, and validate deliveries from the warehouse and other points of sale.
- Efficiently price and store stock according to company guidelines.
- Maintain stockroom organization and standards.
- Prevent stock loss and conduct weekly stock counts.
- Plan and prepare stock markdowns during sale periods.
- Coordinate biannual End of season returns to the warehouse.
- Assist with biannual official stock takes.
- Prepare stock and assist the shop floor team during floor moves and changes.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer customer and sales assistant questions about available items in stock.
- Retrieve items from the stockroom at customer request.
- Place special orders for customers when necessary.
Teamwork:
- Be an effective part of the store team.
- Demonstrate flexibility to meet store needs.
- Build professional and effective relationships that support team goals.
