We are looking for an experienced and skilled Executive Asian Cuisine Chef to join our team at Het wapen van Renesse B.V. in Renesse.

About the Job

This is a full-time position, with an estimated annual salary of €45,000 - €60,000 based on industry standards and local market conditions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asian cuisine and be able to lead a kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of Asian-inspired dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Mastery of all knowledge and skills required for a senior chef, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of chefs to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a senior chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
  • Proven track record of leading a kitchen team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong knowledge of Eastern ingredients and their use in Asian cooking.
  • Basic proficiency in the Chinese language.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
