ERP Inhouse Consultant

We are seeking a skilled ERP Inhouse Consultant to join our team at Ubbink. This is a full-time, permanent position in our hybrid work environment.

This role involves optimizing business processes in finance and controlling, as well as supporting change processes within our ERP system. You will work closely with our team to continuously improve processes and structures in our ERP system.

• Optimize business processes in finance and controlling, ensuring seamless integration with our ERP system.
• Supervise change processes in finance and controlling, guaranteeing a smooth transition.
• Assist with project management for rollout projects, leveraging your expertise to drive success.
• Conceive and test customizations to enhance our ERP system's capabilities.
• Support the setup of reports, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
• Develop and deliver training courses, empowering users to maximize the potential of our ERP system.
• Prioritize 1st and 2nd level support, addressing user inquiries and concerns promptly.

• Hold completed studies in a relevant field or possess comparable experience.
• Possess several years of professional experience, specifically in the ERP finance environment, ideally in Infor ERP LN.
• Demonstrate experience in a consulting role, showcasing your ability to advise and guide.
• Demonstrate very good commercial understanding and high IT affinity, driving informed decision-making.
• Speak fluent German and English, facilitating effective communication across teams.
• Showcase goal-orientation, result-driven mindset, and ownership, driving project success.
• Possess strong communication skills, fostering collaboration and trust.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and willingness to travel, ensuring adaptability in a dynamic environment.

The workplace is located at one of our CTI locations: Doesburg (NL), Brilon (DE), Marsberg (DE), or Holzwickede (DE). A mobile office is possible, and traveling to CTI locations is mandatory.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
